Dfi 486 Vintage Computer 1992 IBM at Clone Desktop PC for sale in Snellville, GA
This DFI (also known as Diamond Flower Instrument) 486 vintage IBM-type computer is in very good cosmetic condition, powers on and boots to a pre-installed Windows 3.1 operating system. It has some basic Windows software installed, as well as MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. I believe it was used as a work computer, so there's no "fun" stuff or non-Windows games/programs on the hard drive. Encasement measures 15"W x 15.25"D x 7"H. Power cord is included, but does not include a monitor, keyboard, mouse, or any other peripheral devices. Exterior is very clean, but shows minor scuffs and some wear on the power button, and one rubber foot is missing from the underside. I used an old random DOS 6.0 5.25" floppy disk to get it to load to Windows on initial startup (it looks like the last time it was turned on was back in 2004), but it wasn't needed on later startups. It gives you the option of loading your own boot disk when you power it on. The CD-ROM drive, apparently installed at some later date, is also tested and working. I couldn't find any 3.5" disks to test that particular drive for functionality. I don't know enough about computers in general to guarantee proper working order, so it is sold as-is for parts/repair.
